FAQ's

Do I need to be home for my pool service?

No, you do not need to be at home for your scheduled pool service. While many customers like to be present, others have competing commitments. Regardless of your preference, our comprehensive reporting means you we can keep you across the detail and you won't miss a thing. We highly recommend that your first service with Halogen Pools be attended and following arrangements can be made for unattended access. Technicians will also note anything untoward at the time of service if the premises is unattended.

How are you dealing with COVID-19?

Workplace hygiene is more important than ever and as a provider of essential pool services, our entire organisation is focused on our ability to safely supply our services to you through this difficult time. Halogen Pools follow the recommendations of the authorities and we will continue to monitor the status of the outbreak and seek guidance from public health officials and government agencies. When needed, we will provide updates on the situation. What can you expect when a Halogen Pools technician comes to visit? New procedures have been implemented to reduce the risk of infection for our employees and you as a customer: • Our employees practice hand hygiene between each and every customer visit • Our employees will avoid hand greeting with you as a customer • Our staff can wear disposable gloves and a mask throughout the visit on any request • Our staff will keep a distance of 1.5 meters from you to avoid the risk of infection • Our staff will perform their duties in outdoor spaces wherever possible In these times, when there is a need for reduced contact between people, we will continue to look for solutions that maintain operations, as well as reduce the risk of infection.
